Pluck 3/4 cup of dandelion petals from their green base (they're bitter)

Mix all of the ingredients, aside from the dandelion petals & lemon zest

Once fully incorporated, add the dandelion petals & lemon zest

Fill each cupcake liner with 1/4 cup dandelion batter

Bake at 350℉ for 20-25 minutes  

Once cooled, top with lemon buttercream frosting & a dandelion flower
