If you’ve ever wanted an easy way to boost your health potential, this Maunka honey vinegar elixir is just for you! Made with pure raw Manuka honey, raw apple cider vinegar, fresh ginger, lemon juice, and propolis extract, this drink is a powerhouse of immune boosting benefits.
Bring two cups of water with thinly sliced fresh ginger to a boil for about 10-15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let cool to almost room temperature.
Put 1-2 tablespoons of Manuka honey into a large cup or mug. Then add the vinegar, lemon juice, and propolis oil to the mug.
Once the ginger tea has sufficiently cooled, strain it into the mug and stir well to combine until the honey has dissolved.
Drink and enjoy!
Notes
If you’d like to make a larger batch, you can double (or more) the recipe and store it in the refrigerator. Gently shake or swirl around to combine before drinking, and it should be consumed within 3-4 days.
