Crush and peel enough garlic to fill a jar

Fill most of a jar with your garlic cloves

Completely cover the garlic with honey

Screw on a lid and store in a dark place

Flip the jar upside down daily to recoat the garlic 

Within a week you should see small bubbles as it ferments

Ferment for up to a month or enjoy it at any time

Store in a cool place for a year or more
