Foraged Food Recipes

Transform your wild harvested flowers, mushrooms, herbs, roots, berries, and greens with these delicious foraged food recipes!

In the spring you can harvest bright dandelion blossoms to make a fermented Dandelion Mead. Or try infusing happy violets to make Wild Violet Flower Vinegar. Mix things up and create Dandelion Pesto for a change from the traditional basil sort.

In the hot summer months, make your beautiful wildflower bouquet last longer when you ferment a few gallons of Wildflower Mead.

When the seasons begin to slow down and you have extra elderberries after the syrup is made, I highly suggest brewing up some Elderberry Mead.
